E-Design Client Contract

The purpose of this agreement is to define the terms of agreement, scope of work, and the payment agreed upon by each party. The design concept and the implementation shall include all interior spaces as described in the scope of work, below.

Terms of Agreement for Renewed Interior Design Co's

E-Design Services

  1. E-Design is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestion to update and enhance your space.

  2. Client agrees to provide full information regarding the client's requirements for the project during the initial phase.

  3. Renewed Interior Design Co reserves the right to post design boards or pictures of the clients' projects on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Renewed website, etc.) However, the privacy of the clients' name and their personal address will not be shared.

  4. Renewed Interior Design Co will provide design services to the client in an expedient way during normal business hours of Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We will sometimes answer clients' emails in the evening but if we don't, you will receive a response first thing on the next business day.

  5. Renewed Interior Design Co will not be responsible for the means, methods, or procedures of the construction fabrication, delivery and installation, or safety & health precautions in connection with the E-Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier, or other person performing the work on the E-Design project; or for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

  6. Renewed Interior Design Co cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement, or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for E-Design projects.

  7. Renewed Interior Design Co does not have control over manufacturers, laborers, or delivery costs and accordingly, cannot and does not warrant or represent that prices will not vary from the prepared estimates beyond given item price.

  8. Renewed Interior Design Co will not be responsible for any price increase in suggested items on purchase list after the final project is delivered.

  9. No refunds on any packages are allowed once a design has started.

  10. The client agrees that all correspondence will occur through online communications except when otherwise arranged and scheduled.

  11. Unlimited follow-up questions via email are included in every package but only to assist in the final revision last made.

  12. All renderings, floor plans, and mood boards by Renewed Interior Design Co are conceptual in nature and are intended to implement/present a design; they are not to be used for new construction architectural or engineering purposes.

  13. Renewed Interior Design Co cannot guarantee pricing or availability of merchandise in a clients' product shopping list, however, if an item is out of stock within 14 days of the final project, we will find a replacement free of charge.

  14. Client is expected to respond to communication from Renewed Interior Design Co in a timely manner (within 48 hours), and provide accurate measurements, interior photos of actual space, and inspiration photos. We will not be responsible for delays on the part of the client.

Renewed Interior Design Co E-Design Package Terms

  • INITIAL DESIGN MEETING - via email only. We will not call or host video chat calls. A text may be sent when emails are sent or as reminders.

  • MOOD BOARDS - will include images of all furniture, lighting and decor, including any paints, wallpaper, fabrics, window treatments, and flooring selected, if applicable.

  • 3D RENDERS - will include everything on your shopping list to the closest match possible, but may not show exact items due to limited 3D options.

  • REVISIONS - we will we will create up to two revisions. Any additional revisions will be subject to additional purchase.

  • PRODUCT LINKS - direct links to your selected design items will be provided. These may be affiliated links in which we may earn a small commission from the brand, with no extra cost to the client.

Fees & Payment Terms

  • Full payment and signing this agreement will commence your design

  • Additional design services outside of the initial agreement will be billed at an agreed rate and another contract will be sent.

  • Once a project payment is received and reviewed, you will be in queue and we can better estimate your start date at that time. Most projects can expect a 2-3 week turnaround.
